Took a few days off from posting but I’m back! The one think I made of interest today was for dinner: Live Spaghetti. Pretty simple and absolutely delicious. The “noodles” were squash that I thinly sliced with a vegetable peeler and the sauce was made of sun dried tomatoes, basil, garlic, and dates. I also made a cantaloupe and honeydew juice to go along with dinner that was ridiculously refreshing. Life is good.
